Today I saw a VW Bug that was literally covered in bumper stickers. I could not tell you what color the car's paint was because there was none showing, instead there were bumper stickers on every non-window non-licence-plate surface.
The stickers read, "Legalize Love". A quick search makes me think it must have been these people.
Oh, a "sticker car"! A time-honored form of "art car" art, and yes, the idea is that you shouldn't be able to know what the paint color is.
